This bronze medal from the Universal Exhibition of 1867 depicts Emperor Napoleon III and was awarded for services rendered. On the reverse there are two winged boys holding a tablet bearing the name F.N. Gisborne A C.F Bonnet. Above the tablet is a laurel wreath, and below it the French eagle standing on the globe. It is stamped on the edge with the word 'Cuivre', copper.

Medal, bronze, struck from a die. Obv.: NAPOLEON II EMPEREUR. Laureated bust to left. Signed H. PONSCARME F. Rev. EXPOSITION. UNIVERSELLE. DE. MDCCCLXVII. A. PARIS POUR SERVICES RENDUS. Two winged boys holding a tablet bearing the name F.N.Gisborne. Above the tablet is a laurel wreath, and below it the French eagle standing on the globe. Stamped on the edge with the word Cuivre.
