'A Midsummer Night's Dream', composed by Benjamin Britten, recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra for Decca Records. Double compact disc 'jewel box' case, libretto booklet and discs.
The cover of the booklet shows a photograph of Benjamin Britten in conversation with John Piper during rehearsals. On the back of this digitally remastered issue is a small colour reproduction of the original Decca record sleeve. The booklet is lettered with titles, singers, musicians etc..
