Production
The Reverend Alexander Dyce bequeathed his library, pictures and prints to the South Kensington Museum (now called the Victoria & Albert Museum in 1869. The lettering on the spine of this volume suggests it was made up by the museum after the bequest had been made, rather than during the collector's lifetime.
