Object history
First shown in the exhibition Andrew Lord: Pottery at Anthony Stokes, London, 1978. It was subsequently included in the group exhibitions 'Atelier 15' at the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, 1978, and 'Westkunst -Heute' at the Rheinehalle, Cologne, in 1981. It was later resold by Anthony Stokes Limited to the museum, in 1984.
