Sauce boat of salt-glazed stoneware painted with enamels, and oval in shape with a wavy edge, projecting lip, reeded loop handle and spreading moulded foot, and moulded in low relief with anthemion ornament between bands of dots and key-fret coloured green, and near the handle are painted slight floral sprays, and inside is a painted border consisting of passages of marbling in pink, black and white outlined with green rococo scrolls and pendant yellow flowers connected by festoons of flowers, and at the bottom and in four places of the rim are pink flowers with green leaves.
