Sauce boat of salt-glazed stoneware, boat-shaped with a wavy edge and a reeded foot, and moulded on either side with an inverted scallop-shell to the top of which are attached reeded loop handles rising above the rim, and under each lip is a large leaf on a pine-cone ground between two slight floral sprays.
