The cover design features a repeated motif of a white star containing a human eye, on a black ground; the band name and title lettered in a yellow font; and a central motif of a large yellow star with radiating blocks of red and blue. the design on the reverse features the 'star with eye' motif repeated in yellow, on a red ground and tracklisting and recording information in a blue font.
