General Description: Design for a 3-light east window for the Lady Chapel of St. John's Church, Putney, depicting scenes of the Nativity,c.1950. Lettered in black ink EAST WINDOW of LADY CHAPEL SAINT JOHN'S CHURCH PUTNEY M.E.ALDRICH ROPE Inscribed in pencil on the back M.E. Aldrich Rope 81 A Deodar Rd S.W.15 and in ball-point pen with names of the saints and biblical scenes represented in the design.
