Print accompanied by the caption 'Carro di Teti fatto in firenze nella festa a Cavallo per la venuta del Serenissimo Principe d'Urbino - Era su quest Carro Teti con le tre Sirene, con le Nereidi, e i Tritoni, caminauano a pie del Carre Otto Giganti in forma di tanti Nettunni che figuravano i principali Mari del Mondo. An. 1616'; or 'The chariot ot Thetis, made in Florence on the occasion of the equestrian festival held for the coming of the serene prince of Urbino. On the chariot was Thetis with the three Sirens, with the Nereids and the Tritons; at the base of the chariot walked eight giants in the shape of Neptunes, which represented the chief oceans in the world.'
