Questo Carro Conparue circondato tutto da una nuvola la quale passando per mezzo de cõbattenti S'aperse e mostro' in un bel Soglio Amore accompagnato dall'Ordinaria sua Corte, il quale comado' chesi lasciassi di combattere esi faccesse il balletto a Cavallo'; or 'The chariot of Love, made in florence on the occasion of the equestrian festival held for the coming of the serene prince of Urbino. The chariot appeared surronded by a cloud, which opened up among the fighters to show Love on a throne accompanied by his followers, and Love commanded to stop the fighting and to perform the equestrian dance.'
