Vase, of beaker-shaped, with bulbous centre and trumpet-shaped mouth. Porcelain covered with a celadon glaze of pale greenish-grey tint, derived from iron (ferrous oxide), and painted in white reserves with four-clawed dragons, phoenixes and the Eight Treasures (ba bao), in underglaze cobalt blue and a very imperfect red converted into a purple-grey tint.
