Physical description
Tea bowl of porcelain, transfer-printed in black enamel with L'Amouron the outside, representing a gallant on a garden seat beside a lady, whose hand he leans forward to kiss, and another lady stands behind, and in the foreground are a spaniel and a garden roller, and in the background is a fountain with the statue of Neptune in his chariot, and printed inside on the bottom is a swan.

These two tea bowls and saucers were purchased by Lady Charlotte Schreiber from the Reverend J.C. Jackson, Hackney, for £1 10 shilings in April 1869, and from Mr Bohn's sale, Christie's, for £3 in March 1875
