Physical description

Plate, of porcelain, painted in overglaze polychrome enamels and gilding. In the middle are the arms of Llewellyn quartering Morgan. The rim is decorated with floral sprays in white enamel and a border of gilt cresting; round the middle is a border of red and blue berries and gilt foliage on interlacing stems.
