'Charles Dibdin [the younger] tells us in his memoirs that he wrote "yawning, coughing and sneezing" songs for Grimaldi about the year 1805. The following occurs in a typitywichet sung by Grimaldi in the comic pantomime "Bang up, or Harlequin Prime". / 'One pinch of Irish blackguard / I'll take to give me ease / (sneezes) tol dil lol'. / collection of Mr. Harry R. Beard.
