Physical description
Box and lid, porcelain painted in underglaze blue with flowers and insects. On the lid are flowers represent the four seasons: the peony of Spring, the lotus of Summer, the chrysanthemum of Autumn, and the plum of Winter, surrounding a medallion which contains the figure of a scholar under a willow tree, with a sprite offering a bowl.
