Flask of the precious moon flask form (baoyue ping) with a flattened globular body, short bulging neck, and a pair of loop handles. Porcelain painted in overglaze enamels and gilding. On one side is a man in green jacket, red skirt and high black boots, with a quiver full of arrows hanging by his right side; he is standing by the bank of a river and shooting with a bow and arrow at a dragon which is emerging from the water. Above is a bat in red. To the left are two seal marks in red. On the other side, an old lady and a young lady afloat on a raft; the former using an oar. Beside the young lady is a basket of flowers. Above, a red bat.
