Physical description

Porcelain model with creamy white glaze, traces of painting in red and green. The model depicts an overgrown mountainside with pavilions, fenced terraces and steps, at the foot of which is a bridge over a stream. Stumps on the path suggest the former presence of figures. It is intended to be viewed from the front only. The base, which is slightly oval and hollow beneath and divided by supporting strips. The glaze is finely crackled, and stained in parts.
