Given by Mr Henry William Newman Fane.

Provenance: Fulbeck Hall, Grantham, Lincolnshire.

This paper was found in a lift shaft built circa 1890 in one of the landings which had previously been part of a bedroom. The bedroom may have been redecorated circa 1840 on the return of General Sir Henry Fane from India.
