Panel of forty square tiles of fritware and painted in underglaze cobalt blue, sage green and black, on white slip, with a design in which is represented a tall green vase with a long slender neck having a double mouth. On either side is a mug, also double-mouthed. The vase, as well as the two mugs, is filled with sprays of tulips, carnations and other flowers. The rest of the surface of the panel is occupied by similar sprays springing from tufts of herbage on the ground. The border tiles round the base and two sides are decorated with a repeating pattern of white foliated ornament on a blue ground, while those along the top are painted in the same style on a green ground. In a walnut frame.
