Ten-sided tea caddy, veneered in ivory and painted in green with delicate Chinoiserie buildings, and with flowers, scrolling leaves and a diaper pattern, the whole in Rococo style. With metal (silver?) stringing lines, silver loop handles, key-plate and shield. The shield is not inscribed, although a name or initials might have been intended.
