This is a bronze medal made in England. The obverse of this medal represents Neptune placing a wreath on the head of Sir John Jervis. The reverse is inscribed "Sir John Jervis with 15 sail pursued and defeated the Spanish fleet of 27 sail of the line, February 14th, 1797."
