This is a bronze medal made in England. The obverse of this medal represents three-quarter bust of Earl St. Vincent. The reverse shows two amorini flying over the sea, blowing trumpets, and carrying the Union Jack and an earl's coronet. The exergue is inscribed "Feb. 14, 1797. Four ships taken off Cape St. Vincent."
