This is a bronze medal made in England around 1821, and signed "Hardman d. Webb f." The obverse of this medal represents a profile head of King George IV. The reverse shows the crown, the sceptre, and the sword, resting on a cushioned stand, inscribed "Born Aug. 12, 1762; Accession Jan. 29, 1820; crowned July 19, 1821." There is also the legend "Stat rege lex, stat lege rex MDCCCXXI."
