This cast bronze medal depicts St Sixtus II and two keys bound by a cord. Sixtus II was Pope from 257 to 258.

Medal of cast bronze. St Sixtus II., elected Pope in 257: d. 258. Obv.: SIXTVS. II. PONT. MAX. Bust to left wearing a cope and cap. Rev.: CLAVES. REGN (I). CELORVM. Two keys bound by a cord.
