This badge is embossed on the obverse with a shield, in which St. Michael is represented conquering Satan; round the shield branches, above it a crown, and, beneath the label S. P. Q. B. The reverse shows the inscription "Réception des tireurs étrangers à l'Hôtel de Ville, 11 Octobre 1866." This badge has a ribbon and bar.
