Physical description

Milk jug of white porcelain, slip cast and cylindrical in shape, finely ribbed around the circumference, with an in-curved foot and out-curved pouring lip, and D-shape handle.

Object history note

This object was present in the V&A Ceramics Department from around 1985, and so although it was not formally acquired for the collection at that time, it is known to be a reasonably early example in the production run.
