The obverse of this medal represents a sentinel The reverse shows a heart surrounded by hands, and the words "Worlingworth Volunteers," enclosed by a garter inscribed "For our King and our Country." Above the garter is a crown, and around it a wreath. "John Henniker, Major Commt."
