Object history | Part of a large collection of mugs acquired in 1991. It aims to illustrate the various uses of the 'Mug as bearer of message' over the past decade. The Labour Party is one of the major political parties in Britain. The red rose motif was introduced by the Party specifically in order to win a wider spectrum of support. |
