Circular plate, of a shallow dish shape with a wide rim, of white earthenware with a clear lead glaze over a blue transfer printed floral design on the rim consisting of bell-like blossoms linked by gentle s-shaped stems and between each set of blossoms is a separate open flower with a fine cross-hatching on the outer part of its petals, and leaves appearing on the stems also have cross hatching, and wider cross-hatching appears intermittently on the outer rim.
