Circular plate of bone china with a bluish white glaze, with two lug handles on either side with three equally spaced protuberances at the edges and decorated with a raised and silver painted design of leafy volutes, and the outer rim is edged with silver and just inside the rim there is a narrow band of the same colour, and the rim has five equally spaced silver stars, and in the centre of the plate is a stylised fleur de lys.
