This is a silvered electrotype medal made in England, and signed "I. G. H." The obverse of this medal represents a sphinx supporting the British Flag, and the words "Egypt, XXI. March MDCCCI." The reverse shows palm branches, and the inscription "Queen's German Regiment." This medal has a loop and a ribbon.
