This is a silvered electrotype medal made in the 19th century, in England. The obverse of this medal represents wreath composed of roses, shamrocks and thistles, enclosing the Prince of Wales's plume surrounded by a garter inscribed "Prince of Wales Own," and a label inscribed "Royal Hussars." The reverse shows figure of a hussar, and the date 1846, surrounded by a wreath. This medal has a swivel and ribbon.
