This is a silvered electrotype medal made in the 19th century. This medal was copied from the Hanoverian Guelphic Order medal. The obverse of this medal represents the profile head of the Prince Regent, "Georg. Prinz. Regent, 1815." The reverse shows laurel branches enclosing the words "Verdienst ums Vaterland." This medal has a swivel and ribbon.
