This is a silver medal made in the 19th century, given by Isabella II. of Spain to the Anglo-Spanish Legion for the capture of San Sebastian. The obverse of this medal represents a lion encircled by the collar of the Golden Fleece, and the words "España Agradecida." The reverse shows a cross patée, rayed, with crowns between the limbs, a central wreath, and the words "San Sebastian, 5 de Mayo 1836." This medal has a ring and ribbon.
