This is a silver medal made in the 19th century, in England, and signed "W. Wyon, R. A." The obverse of this medal represents the profile head of Queen Victoria. The reverse shows Lord Gough receiving the arms of the Sikhs, and the words "To the Army of the Punjab, MD.C.C.C.X.L.I.X." This medal has a swivel with ribbon and two bars for "Goojerat," "Chilanwala."
