Dress fabric of fine silk plain-weave brocaded with silk. This fragment has been stitched onto white card.
Very fine dark red silk brocaded with orange, light yellow, light green, cream and dark green silk. The pattern was woven on its side. There are four isolated motifs in a half-drop repeat: a parrot standing at the base of a flowering stem; facing left. It has a green breast and an orange wing, head and beak. Flowers are yellow and cream.
