Preliminary design for the statue of the architect Inigo Jones (1573-1652) commissioned by Richard Boyle, 3rd Earl of Burlington for the entrance to Chiswick House, Middlesex, by William Kent (1685-1748). It was executed by J M Rysbrack about 1727.
