‘This range was made in creamware body (‘flintgods’) and originally produced in blue and white, the two colours intended to be used in combination. Subsequently other colour combinations, including red and grey, were put into production. This range was included in the exhibition ‘Three Centuries Swedish Pottery’, held at the Museum in 1959 (catalogue: group no. 217). The two oval dishes were acquired from that exhibition.’
