This is a silver medal made by François Joseph Hubert Ponscarme (1827-1903) in France in about 1867 of the Paris Exhibition in 1867. The obverse of the medal represents the bust of Napoleon III. and the reverse shows two figures supporting a label inscribed "South Kensington Museum".
