Dessert dish of soft-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Lobed-oval with up-curved sides. A central rectangular gilt bordered panel is painted with a landscape in black on an orange ground ('black upon fire') and is contained within an oval band of gilding. The border pattern is of radiating stripes in brown, orange, black and gilding and is contained within gilt borders.
