Vase of soft-paste porcelain, enamelled and gilt. Fluted neck, spreading mouth, angular shoulder, tapering downwards towards a spreading foot. Two foliate scrolled handles. The form is a stylised rendering of an opening bud. The lower part is striped with blue on a turquoise-blue ground, the upper fluted part striped and painted with dots in gold.
