Figure of an absinthe seller in soft-paste porcelain painted in enamels. He wears a brown wide-brimmed hat, white shirt, yellow coat, pink cape, green breeches, white stockings and black clogs. He stand near a tree stump and holds a lantern and a basket containing two bottles. Scrollwork base picked out in purple. Copied from a Meissen porcelain figure, an example of which is C.949-1919.
