Jug of tin-glazed earthenware painted in colours. Piriform with a low foot rim and broad slightly spreading neck. Strap handle painted with horizontal manganese-purple lines. On the front is a representation of Saint Matthew, wearing blue robes draped over a blue tunic and a yellow skirt-like garment, standing between sprays of flowers and leaves. Below him is the inscription 'S. MATIAS' in purple-brown. The whole representation is contained in a cartouche, the frame of which is formed of a wreath of flowers and leaves.

Jug of tin-glazed earthenware painted in colours. Piriform with a low foot rim and broad slightly spreading neck. Strap handle painted with horizontal manganese-purple lines.
