Production
This plate was examined by M. Van Haug director of Strasburg museum, who was of opinion that it is of Nova manufacture (6th of March 1947). A written similar plate seen in the collection of Conte Ferniani Faenza was attributed by Dr. Giuseppe Liverani & Nove (1947). A dish in the possession of Nicholas, 76 Highgate High Str., seen which combines the border design of this piece and the central design of 434-1869, thereby reintouring the attribution. It bears the mark O.
