Tankard of tin-glazed earthenware painted with blue enamel and mounted with a pewter cover. On each side is a conventional landscape within a feathery frame. The pewter lid encloses an embossed medallion portrait of Martin Luther.

Tankard of tin-glazed earthenware painted with blue enamel and mounted with a pewter cover. On each side is a conventional landscape within a feathery frame. The pewter lid encloses an embossed medallion portrait of Martin Luther.
