Plate, painted in blue, orange, manganese purple, pale copper green and opaque white. In the middle, a shield charged, Gules (represented by purple) a piebald hound rampant proper, in a medallion enclosed by a ring of bead ornament. Similar ornament encircles the rim, which is decorated with lightly-traced repeating diapers of floral and palmette ornament. On the back of the rim, closely set rings in blue with two at intervals in orange.

Physical description
Plate, painted in blue, orange, manganese purple, pale copper green and opaque white. In the middle, a shield charged, Gules (represented by purple) a piebald hound rampant proper, in a medallion enclosed by a ring of bead ornament.
