Dish of tin-glazed earthenware painted in blue, orange, yellow, copper green. In the middle, the Fountain of Diana, in a rocky landscape are seen nymphs undressing and bathing in the basin (inscribed FOE D' DIANA) of a fountain with, at its apex, a figure of a boy holding an upturned flask and spouting water. On either side of a vase-like portion of the shaft are perched two cupids holding cornucopias from which bundles of quivers and arrows respectively are suspended. In the foreground deer are drinking from the fountain. On the rim, leaf ornament in reserve on an orange ground. Greenish lead glaze on the back except within the foot-rim, where it is bare.
