Physical description

Teapot and cover of bone china. Teapot with narrow band of black below some sized band of silver round bottom; cover with metallic band outside black running round near edge.
[Teapot] Teapot, oval horizontal cross-section. Straight sides to sharp ridge and small curve up to rim. Oval opening of inner rim filled in slightly at spout end. Spout gently curving upward and outward. Ear-shaped handle.
[Cover] Cover, slightly convex with oval loop as handle. Flattened off ride to fit into teapot.
