Plate, decorated with trophies and, in the centre, monograms and a monasterial badge around a hand pointing upwards. The border contains two tablets with the date 1517 and two scrolls with 'X.P.R.' and an only partly readable word, all painted in blue. The back is painted in lustre with a row of crossed lozenges and concentric circles enclosing the date '1518'. Painted blue and green and with red and gold lustre.

Physical description
Plate, decorated with trophies and, in the centre, monograms and a monasterial badge around a hand pointing upwards. The border contains two tablets with the date 1517 and two scrolls with 'X.P.R.' and an only partly readable word, all painted in blue. The back is painted in lustre with a row of crossed lozenges and concentric circles enclosing the date '1518'. Painted blue and green and with red and gold lustre.

The same badge as on Rackham 643. According to Mario Lucarelli in 1974, F.G.K.O. = name, followed by Camarlengo & the badge is of St. Maria della Scala of Siena.
