| Production | The pair to cat.no.181 (Museum number 52-1907). Ray dates these to 1435-1475 on the basis of arms found on pieces with similar ivy leaf motifs. He notes that the large size of leaf on the pair to this piece indicates that it may be from the earlier part of this date. Spallanzani dates the pair of this vessel to the mid 15th century. |
